Answer: The delivery time is generally about 20 days after receiving the deposit. The date of delivery for standard products is about 5-15 days, customized products is about 15-40 days, and stock products are about 2-3 days.

Q3. What kind of payment do you support?

Answer: The payment method is mainly T/T, while accepting letter of credit and Alibaba trade. The deposit for standard products is 30%, and the deposit for customized products is 50%-100%.

Q4. How to transfer the lift machine? 

Answer: The transportation methods are mainly sea transportation, land transportation, land and railway combined transportation, sea and railway combined transportation. The container is generally 40 feet, 20 feet, LCL etc. LCL shipment will be customized to meet export standards in plywood/fumigated wooden boxes.

Q6. Is the customized lift easy to install?

Q8. How to customize the cargo lift or home lift?

Answer: The cargo lift or home lift belong to customized product. Need specific information: installation site (indoor or outdoor), with or without hole and shaft, entrance and exit direction for the people or goods, number of floors, lifting height, platform size, load capacity, voltage and etc., It would be nice to have some pictures of the installation location.

Q9. Is it OK to print my LOGO on the lift? 

Answer: Yes. Customers need to provide trademark authorization letter and high resolution LOGO image before order.

Q10. How can I get the after-sales service?

Q11. Which Incoterms terms can we work?

Answer: Qiyun complies with and implements the Incoterms rules. Commonly used trading methods are: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAF, etc. We can also assist customers with customs clearance procedures, but it is recommended that customers find local international logistics companies to handle customs clearance procedures.
